Welcome! Thanks for stopping by to visit. Eric and Elaine are Renaissance Souls.  Between the two of them, they know a lot about a lot of things. All of this comes together to create Hansen Resource Development.

On any given day, Eric might be managing a website for the Queen City Balladeers and writing copy and content for the site, using his instructional design skills to create an online training for a client, or designing a virtual small group conference call using our MaestroConference account. And, along the way he will squeeze in time to write a new song to perform at the Leo Coffeehouse.

Elaine’s energies are likely to have her monitoring and responding to emails from clients and their social media accounts and websites, like Resignation of Eve, Jim Henderson  Presents, and now her own, HeartWork. While she recently stepped out of her volunteer role as online community manager for A Small Group, she continues to contribute and engage in the conversation. When the opportunity arises, Elaine handles event and project management for many clients. You will also find her coaching and mentoring others in building their small businesses, helping them to design and create their websites and marketing plans and materials.

HeartWork is Elaine’s new passion. There first HeartWork Conversation – The Invitation was hosted on February 11. It was a very powerful experience for all attendees. To learn about future events, go here. To register, go here.

Together, Elaine and Eric host the In the Clouds With A Small Group virtual conversations.  Hansen Resource Development will soon be hosting the “Jim Henderson Presents The Resignation of Eve Cloud Conference.”

Future possibilities are to design and convene another Global Conversation. This time, the subject is about the role of women in faith communities. We will be inviting The Daughters of Eve from the Muslim, Jewish, and Christian communities.

Here’s what Peter Block has to say about them, “Elaine and Eric are terrific presenters. They are a great combination of intelligence and designers of experiential learning.”
